This hotel is very well managed and clean, the staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is near to many smaller food stalls and thus good if you would like to try them. The facilities in the hotel is quite new. There are also buffet breakfast provided in this hotel, easy for those who like save some trouble. The price is considered quite affordable for Shanghai.

Good location - access to transport, a short taxi ride to many of the business hubs, and walking distance to a TON of top-notch eateries. The added perk is direct quick access to both terminals of Hongqiao Airport by Metro Line 10 - the airport is infamous for being difficult to get from by taxi due to grumpy drivers reluctant to provide short rides which aren't worth the long wait at the arrival area. Breakfast is plentiful, rooms are clean, the staff is helpful, and the hotel belongs to a well-established international brand that is foreigner-friendly. Very smooth check-in and check-out process. The hotel isn't really close to any of the historical areas in the City or famous landmarks - but it's a perfect base if you visit Shanghai for business, visiting family or just to chill. The interesting mix of the bustling community housing blocks and some of Shanghai's most affluent neighborhoods nearby, and the food and shopping scene resulting from the mix is the defining character of the city.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a selection of Chinese and Western food, the variety and standard is good. There are many restaurants and food outlets near the hotel, and a subway station within walking distance. Though the room is not very big, it is fully equipped and the bed is comfortable.

staff are all nice, convenient location, walk to metro line 10, the famous brand "lao shengxin" Shanghainese style restaurant is just next door, the breakfast of the hotel is pretty good

The location is great as it is right next to a Metro station, also only 15- 20 minute drive from Hongqiao airport, a few minutes walk to a mall with McDs, Starbucks etc. and plenty of eat-in and delivery food options around. The room was clean and very quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

To the point If I can say in a sentence, the above sentence is a depiction. No flashy/noisy lobby, no useless items. Neat and clean rooms with all amenities and comfortable beds. Proper breakfast. What else is needed on a business trip? Excellent approach for business clients. I recommend it to the business community.

Pretty close to the city centre, very nice staff that could mostly speak english which was surprising and pleasant, everyday we got clean sheets and towels, good breakfast

Nice clean room. Lovely japanese style toilet with warming seat. Nice area with shops including Starbucks nearby (turn right from hotel and then right onto the main street of shops). Helpful checking lady and Andy was helfpul on checkout
